Our personal training is 45 minutes of your day. Why only 45 minutes? We've found 30 and 60 minutes session times to be just arbitrary. Experience shows that 30 minute workouts are never quite enough to accomplish goals and 60 minutes leads to over-training and over-use. After reviewing the components of what a balanced workout should be, we developed a formula of 45 minutes.
